YIF (Young Indians Foundation) is a nonprofit charitable organization started by Venkateswara Rao Dantala with a mission to deliver quality education, health awareness, employment opportunities and enlightenment for poor and underserved communities of rural and urban areas. We are proud to boast some remarkable events to the grave needy people of all the places around. To promote educational activities in the area of uptrend technologies and to establish a series of technical and medical campaigns for the people to enhance their skills and enable them to become better citizens of the country.
We take the privilege to conduct skill development programs to up skill the new generation ready for the global market job opportunities.
We are happy and blessed of serving successfully for the past few years with lot of activities conducting and initiating for all the needy people by offering a sustainable socio-economic model for eliminating poverty and related issues.
We thought there are plenty of reasons to initiate our time for good cause. We do it because we believe in the work, and while that’s enough for us. We certainly get a lot more out of it than we initially expected. We have volunteered most of our professional life to all life skills that have bolstered our way made us more hirable and turned into a more effective worker.

-Education focusing on holistic development.
-Skill development and professional mentoring for entry level job or making self-employed to get employment.
-YIF “Each one” peer teaching focusing and enhanced various programs assists you to select one student support of his/her education by mentoring and tracking the progress of their bright future.
Organizing medical camps for various health check-ups to create awareness by the qualified doctors and also replenish best suggestions of their treatment. Providing limited range of medical tests, prescription of drug assistance, dental care and lab work for few scans which actually tend more
Blood donation saves many human lives a day and it is one of the easiest way to the people can believe and make a positive impact on the world. Encouraging younger people to start donating blood, It could save the lives on the long run.
The key aspect of our foundation is honesty and openness to every person who has invested time, money and faith into our organization.
Now a day’s people won’t react any inhumane happening to someone until it happening to us or to our loved ones. We must decide to impart the basic values in the new generation as they will become the world leaders tomorrow and we will be responsible for maintaining peace among states, countries and continents which is very necessary to save the human race.
Being a human, humbleness and kind towards needy people are the basic traits one should perceive. We love “Human-first” everything else is secondary.

Our programme has expanded significantly over the past few years, which has been made successful by generous support from our professional fellow leaders and our members.

Our scope is not restricted to caring for just the needy but goes far beyond and covers a range of social activities that become our mission.
